I'd be curious for one example of a place in the United States where "unlimited abortion" is practiced.

The basic problem with 'both-sidesing' the general conservative agenda and the liberal agenda (which seems to be conflated here with 'the left' ) is that one of them is pursuing outright authoritarian fascism while the other is not; one is qualitatively worse than the other. (e.g. to be "forced" to live in a society that allows homosexual marriage or abortion is not equivalent to being denied rights for either) That's not to say that the liberal political project in the US is good — it endorses the genocide in Palestine, for one — but authoritarian fascism is inclusive of the worst positions of the liberals and is much worse still, plain and simple. I don't see any mention here of the mass deportations proposed by both Project 2025 and Trump, for instance.
